• "Talent" means creative professionals who offer their services through the platform.
• "Client" means individuals or organizations seeking to hire Talent through the platform.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify YurMe immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Impersonate or attempt to impersonate YurMe, a YurMe employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Services, or which may harm YurMe or users of the Services.
• Use the Services for any purpose other than as intended by YurMe.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the Services.
• Use the Services to transmit any material that is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to any Content you submit, post, or display on or through the Services. By submitting, posting, or displaying Content on or through the Services, you grant YurMe a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute such Content in connection with providing the Services.

The Services and their original content, features, and functionality are owned by YurMe and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Payment Terms

For certain Services, YurMe may require payment. You agree to pay all fees in accordance with the pricing and payment terms presented to you for the Services. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms.

YurMe reserves the right to change its prices at any time. If YurMe changes its prices, YurMe will provide you with notice of such changes. Your continued use of the Services after the price change becomes effective constitutes your agreement to pay the new amount.

7. Termination

YurMe may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Services or delete your account.

In no event shall YurMe, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.

9. Disclaimer

Your use of the Services is at your sole risk. The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Services are provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

11. Changes to Terms

YurMe reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days" notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Services.
