About
Surya Srinivas is a Hyderabad-based actor with over a decade of experience across Telugu, Hindi, and Malayalam film and OTT. He began his career as an assistant director for TV shows on MAA TV and ETV before building a strong commercial portfolio with 80+ national and regional ad films, then transitioned into features. He debuted in 2016 with a lead role in Nenosta and a supporting role in Karam Dosa, released on the same day. He went on to play Nandamuri Jaya Krishna in the NTR biopic and portrayed NTR in Mahanati, and has since led films including Neevalle Nenunna, Parigettu Parigettu, and Commitment. His OTT work spans GOD, Anaganaga, and Gaalivaana on Zee5, and Kudi Yedamaithe on Aha. Trained in method acting, physical theatre, and the Lee Strasberg technique, Surya brings advanced dance, gymnastics, and parkour skills, plus expert-level horse riding, to romantic, action, and emotionally driven roles. He's currently filming Zamana, Taxi, Chill Bro, Enthavaarugaani, B&W, and Evol, with the web series Chantabbai releasing in August 2026.
