Deeksha Madhu

I am 21 years old. I stand 5 feet 7 inches tall. I am fluent in English, Kannada, and Hindi, and conversational in Punjabi and Tamil with minimal preparation. I have completed my Bachelor of Arts in Theatre from Christ University. Prior to my undergraduate training, I spent seven years training in Hindi theatre with XpressionZ Theatre and Theatrenama. During my degree, I took part in multiple productions, including the role of Bertha in Hello from Bertha by Tennessee Williams, along with several ensemble roles. I also assisted choreography for the musical- My Fair Lady. I have also had the privilege to be a student intern at Baylor University in Texas, USA, where I took part in immersive theatre, and ‘Othello’. In terms of on-camera experience, I have worked on multiple television commercials and short films, including projects for Unacademy, POCO Mobile, Parishrima, and Fyers. Alongside acting, I have a strong background in dance and choreography. I am trained in ballet, jazz, tap, contemporary, hip hop, the Martha Graham technique, waacking, and Kathak.
