Project Description
Looking for wedding photographers+ videographers locally in Ahmedabad for a fun and lively wedding shoot an edit at a beautiful Muslim wedding.
Not looking for something too traditional for sure but a blend would be nice. It’s a Muslim wedding, so we’ll plan it accordingly — and the couple’s personal shoot can still be a little fun.
Date: 31st March 2026
Hrs of shoot- full day and night shoot, roughly 8 hours, exact event timings yet to be decided
Budget: INR 60 K
Role & Requirements
Deliverables:
1.One Trailer (3 to 4 min)
2.One Teaser (1 to 2 min each)
3.Reel ( 30sec to 1min ) (number of reels to be quoted by the vendor basis the budget)
4.One Full Film (Concept to be decided mutually with the vendor basis their profile once locked)
Deadline for all the deliveries: In less than 30 days from the date of finishing the shoot
No of photogrophers+videographers needed:
there will be 200 people roughly on the guest list, so the lead photographer / videographer can decide how many people they would want to get in their team for a proper coverage and split the budget accordingly amongst them
Location: Ahmedabad
Terms of payment - can be decided mutually upon locking the profile
