Role & Requirements
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• 3+ years of experience in an agency or production house
• Strong visualisation, storytelling & writing skills
• Ability to understand client briefs and translate them into strong creative concepts
• Strong understanding of video production & end-to-end project execution
• Ability to ensure creative alignment with project goals from pre-production to final delivery
• Excellent communication, coordination and problem-solving skills
• Bangalore-based candidates only
ROLE
As a Director, you’ll be responsible for overseeing video production projects from initiation to completion, ensuring the creative vision, execution and final output meet the project objectives.
