Social Media Scriptwriter / Creative Content Strategist
Mumbai, Maharashtra, India • YURME
Project Description
About the client
LogiNext (www.loginextsolutions.com) is an AI-powered delivery automation platform. Its software plans routes, sequences orders and tracks deliveries in real time for enterprise fleets — the invisible layer behind the tracking screen you refresh while waiting for food.
1 billion+ deliveries powered, across 50+ countries
200+ enterprise clients including Starbucks, KFC, McDonald's, DHL, FedEx, UPS, 7-Eleven and Decathlon
Offices in Mumbai, Delhi, Dubai, Jakarta and Jersey City
Backed by Tiger Global, Steadview Capital and Alibaba Group
They have scale, category leadership and genuinely interesting stories. What they don't have is a social presence that reflects any of it. That's the gap this role exists to close.
Role & Requirements
About the role
This is not a conventional content-writing job. You are not writing captions for approved assets or turning blog posts into carousels.
You are being hired to build LogiNext's Instagram and short-form presence from the ground up — the ideas, the scripts, the recurring formats, the tone. The brief is unusually open: we care far more about whether you understand why people stop scrolling than whether you've written for a logistics brand before.
You'll work closely with LogiNext's marketing team and Yurme's creative and production side, with access to real riders, real dispatchers, real operations footage and real stories from 50 countries.
What you will do
Develop fresh, unconventional Instagram content ideas for LogiNext — concepts that don't look or sound like B2B SaaS content.
Write scripts for Reels, short-form video and other social formats — full scripts with beats, voiceover, on-screen text and captions, not loose ideas.
Write hooks that earn the first three seconds. This is the single most important skill in the role.
Spot trends, memes, formats and cultural moments and adapt them to LogiNext credibly and fast — inside 48 hours, not after three rounds of approvals.
Build recurring series and formats that become recognisable LogiNext properties — things an audience returns for, not one-off posts.
Write deliberately for the metric. Content built to earn shares, saves, comments and follows, not just impressions.
Study performance and keep experimenting. Read what worked, form a theory, test it, kill what doesn't land.
Collaborate on production. Work with editors, designers and shoot teams so what you write is actually shootable.
The kind of person we're looking for
You could be a great fit if:
You spend far too much time working out why certain Reels go viral — and you can articulate the answer.
You naturally think in hooks, punchlines and storylines.
You genuinely understand memes and internet culture, including how fast they expire.
You can make a boring topic interesting, and you enjoy that challenge more than the topic itself.
You aren't afraid of unconventional ideas, and you can defend them without being precious about them.
You believe B2B content doesn't have to look corporate or read like a brochure.
You write conversationally — like a person talking, not a company announcing.
You're obsessed with attention: what holds it, what loses it, and at exactly which second.
You're comfortable being measured, and you'd rather learn from a flop than repeat a safe win.
Ideal background
Experience in any one of these is valuable — we don't expect all of them:
Social media content or content strategy
Instagram / Reels / short-form video
Advertising or creative agency work
SaaS or technology content
B2B marketing
Startup content
Meme or social-first content
Copywriting
Industry experience in logistics is not required. Strong creative thinking matters far more. If your portfolio is a personal meme page with real engagement, that counts.
What you don't need
A logistics or supply-chain background
Agency pedigree or a recognisable client list
A formal degree in communications or marketing
A polished deck — we'd rather see the work
What you get
Full creative ownership of a global brand's social presence from day one
Direct access to the marketing team — a short approval chain, so trends can actually be caught in time
Real production support through Yurme (crew, editors, talent) rather than writing into a void
Budget to test formats and permission to fail publicly a few times
How to apply
Do not send a resume first.
Submit through your Yurme profile with:
Three hooks for LogiNext — first lines only, any angle, any tone.
One 30-second Reel script for LogiNext, written out properly: beats, voiceover, on-screen text and the caption you'd post with it.
Two links to short-form work you've written (yours or a page you run). If you have no client work, send the best thing you've made for yourself.
You can drop the same on : c***@yurme.com
Optional: one line on why your favourite Reel of the last month worked.
Shortlisted applicants are paid for the next-stage brief.
Selection process
Application review — judged almost entirely on the hooks and the script.
